You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use Zspwan. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
• You are not barred from using the App under any applicable law.
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes.

Zspwan is a social networking platform built specifically for entrepreneurs, founders, and business professionals. The app enables users to discover, connect, and network with like-minded professionals. The App may evolve over time and features may be added, removed, or modified without notice.

To access most features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email, phone number, and other business identifiers.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or any applicable laws

As a condition of using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App solely for professional, networking, or business purposes.
• Respect other users and not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Not use the App for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activities.
• Not impersonate another individual or falsely represent your identity or affiliations.
• Not upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

A. User Content

You may post, upload, or share content including messages, profile data, images, and documents (User Content). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any content posted by users and disclaim all liability for such content.

B. Zspwan’s Content

All content, features, designs, trademarks, and code on the App (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Zspwan and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any portion of the App without our express written consent.

Zspwan may integrate or link to services provided by third parties (e.g., email delivery, SMS, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

We may release updates, upgrades, or modifications to the App at any time. While we strive for uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The App may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or due to third-party service disruptions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal conduct
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• Required by law enforcement or regulatory authority

You may also delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your content and account data from our systems.

• The App and all content, services, and features are provided as-is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for the conduct or interactions of users within the platform.

You use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zspwan and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 6 months for access to the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zspwan, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India/Maharashtra, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

• You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting contact@zspawn.com.
• If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration or resolution in the competent courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
